Intro to Bouldering

Want to learn the basics of bouldering in a short period of time?  Join us for Intro to Bouldering! This class is included in your membership or punch pass. Otherwise, just purchase a day pass to participate.

In this 2 hour session, you will learn:

  • Climbing warm-ups and cool down stretches

  • Introduction to hold types and body positioning

  • How to climb and fall safely

  • The importance of footwork on the wall

Climbing Coaching

Take your climbing to the next level with one of our expert coaches. Whether you need to gain confidence, learn new techniques, or build strength, our coaches are here to help individuals and small groups improve their climbing.

Before you schedule a session you can choose to meet with your climbing coach for a free 30 min consultation. This will help you to zero in on your specific goals and get you the results you're looking for. This is not required, communication can also be done over email prior to your session.
