Erin has been a climber for over thirty years in gyms and outside and he has coached and guided youth and adults in both arenas along the way. Erin's coaching style focuses on technique, efficiency, and attitude. He can help you overcome fear or hesitation and build confidence with his friendly and approachable style. With a focus on fundamentals such as footwork and movement, Erin is a good fit for you if you're just getting started, feeling "stuck" in your progress, or just need someone to help encourage you to "try hard things".

Liam Hayes

Qualifications: Liam is a Climbing coach and certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He enjoys training for many things including climbing, triathlons, trail running, weightlifting, and mountaineering. Liam can help with climbing, general fitness, weight loss and feeling more able, sport specific lifting, or lifting to look better!

Sofia Rosado

Sofia has been climbing for over 5 years and grew up on a youth climbing team! She competed in the youth circuit as an athlete and has been coaching youth climbers at the competitive level since aging out. Sofia coaches both the club and team programs at the Longmont and Loveland location as well as being a route setter. Sofia is best suited for youth and coaching at the beginner to intermediate level.
