Move Strong

LCC Coaches Kylie O’Connor and Joey Mendoza have designed the Move Strong curriculum to run on 8-week training cycles—a professionally-designed training program included with your membership. Regular attendees will experience the magic of following a progressive training plan, but the class is flexible enough that drop-ins are always welcome, too.

The Program focuses on 3 classic lifts as the main dish: Deadlift, Kettlebell Press and Pullup. Regulars can expect significant progress in these old-school staples of strength training. Additionally, you will get a healthy dose of squats, kettlebell swings, core exercises and mobility drills in every session. Each class is a full-body, standalone workout within the larger framework of the 8-week program.

Recover Strong

We are not a globogym—this is not a high-pressure sales meeting! We will talk about your goals, history, schedule, and get a sense of where you’re currently at. After that, we can figure out the best training options for you to start making progress toward your goals!

Weekly Class Calendar

Cancelation Policy

Since our class capacity is limited, we require that you cancel your class reservation at least 1 hour or more prior to the class time. This allows anyone on our waitlist to take the class instead. If you consistently do not cancel your class reservation in advance, you will be prohibited from attending our LCC classes. Guests must check in at the front desk within five minutes of the start time of a yoga class to be allowed in the yoga studio. Thank you for your support and understanding.

No Show Policy

Beginning December 1st, 2023, our updated cancellation policy emphasizes the need to cancel class reservations within 1 hour or more before the class starts, to prevent a $15 no-show fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and if you have valid reasons for missing a class, please communicate by emailing us at shauna@climbingcollective.co. Your cooperation is valued in streamlining our class management processes.

This policy is relevant to yoga classes, fitness classes, and any classes marked as free or included in membership.
