Pilates for Strength & Balance
Saturday, March 21st & April 25th - 11:00 - 12:15
Move with purpose and feel the difference. This Pilates workshop focuses on building functional strength, improving balance, and creating greater body awareness. Using slow, controlled exercises, you’ll strengthen your core, stabilize your joints, and enhance coordination in ways that carry over into daily life. Whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced, you’ll find options to challenge or support you right where you are.
Move Strong
The Move Strong Program focuses on 3 classic lifts as the main dish: Deadlift, Kettlebell Press and Pull up. Regulars can expect significant progress in these old-school staples of strength training. Additionally, you will get a healthy dose of squats, kettlebell swings, core exercises and mobility drills in every session.

Strength and Conditioning

Training for Climbing
Take your climbing to the next level with this focused 1-hour Training for Climbing class! Designed for climbers of all levels, this session targets the key elements of strength, endurance, technique, and injury prevention to improve your overall performance.
Led by experienced coaches, you'll work through a combination of mobility exercises, climbing-specific strength training, grip endurance drills, and core stability work. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, hangboard training, campus board drills, and movement-based climbing techniques tailored to your individual goals.

Kylie O’Connor, NSCA
With 5 years of experience as a certified personal trainer and 10 years as a yoga instructor Kylie is passionate about helping her clients achieve their fitness goals through functional training. She specializes in improving mobility and focusing on proper movement patterns, ensuring that every exercise is performed safely and effectively. Kylie's approach emphasizes long-term results, building strength and flexibility that support everyday activities, as well as athletic performance.
In addition to her foundational training, Kylie holds a Plan Strong certification for strength programming, allowing her to design customized plans that cater to individual needs and progress over time. Whether you're looking to enhance your mobility, build strength, or improve your overall fitness, Kylie's guidance and attention to detail will help you reach your full potential.
Kaylee Woodford, NASM/AFAA
With a background in competitive rock climbing and a passion for functional strength, Kaylee brings a unique perspective to fitness training. Although new to group training professionally, she has spent years honing her physical and mental strength through climbing competitions and custom-tailored workouts. She now uses her experience to lead fun, challenging group workouts that focus on building functional strength and fostering a supportive community atmosphere. Whether you're aiming to improve your strength, endurance, or just want to enjoy a good workout with a group of like-minded individuals, she's here to help you reach your goals while having fun along the way!

Cancellation Policy:
To avoid a $15 no-show fee, please cancel your class reservation at least 3 hours before the class start time.
For 6:15 AM classes, cancellations must be made by 9:00 PM the night before to avoid the no-show fee.
