Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training is ideal for those who want a more affordable alternative to one-on-one training but still desire customized attention from a personal trainer. Our semi-private classes with Coach Joey help you stay focused, make progress, and have fun along the way!

Limited to just 2-5 participants, this program offers custom tailored workouts that address your unique goals, whether you are looking to improve your general fitness, building strength or race/event training and preparation.

Semi-Private Training Costs:

  • 1 session per month- $40

  • 4 sessions per month / 1 per week - $150

  • 8 sessions per month / 2 per week - $265

  • 12 sessions per month / 3 per week - $355

Learn to Lift

Learn to Lift is a comprehensive session where participants will receive expert guidance on mastering fundamental lifting techniques. This instructive session covers essential exercises such as Squats, Hip Hinge, Chest Press, Pull Ups, and Core Activation. Attendees can expect detailed instruction on proper form, ensuring a safe and effective lifting experience.

Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your lifting skills, this session provides valuable insights and practical tips for a well-rounded approach to strength training. Join us to build a solid foundation and boost your confidence in the weight room!

Move Strong

The Move Strong Program focuses on 3 classic lifts as the main dish: Deadlift, Kettlebell Press and Pull up. Regulars can expect significant progress in these old-school staples of strength training. Additionally, you will get a healthy dose of squats, kettlebell swings, core exercises and mobility drills in every session.

Recover Strong

Updated Cancellation Policy:

  • To avoid a $15 no-show fee, please cancel your class reservation at least 3 hours before the class start time.

  • For 6:15 AM classes, cancellations must be made by 9:00 PM the night before to avoid the no-show fee.
