Training for Climbing
Take your climbing to the next level with this focused 1-hour Training for Climbing class! Designed for climbers of all levels, this session targets the key elements of strength, endurance, technique, and injury prevention to improve your overall performance.
Led by experienced coaches, you'll work through a combination of mobility exercises, climbing-specific strength training, grip endurance drills, and core stability work. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, hangboard training, campus board drills, and movement-based climbing techniques tailored to your individual goals.

Bill Gaffney, LAT, ATC
Hailing from New Jersey, Bill moved to Colorado in 2020 to begin his career as an Athletic Trainer after graduating from University of Delaware. Bill serves as a Group Fitness and Clinical Instructor. With 5 years of experience as a certified athletic trainer, Bill has worked in both collegiate and clinical rehabilitation settings, where he developed expertise in injury prevention, management, and exercise prescription. A passionate outdoorsman, Bill is an avid skier and mountaineer, bringing his love for physical activity into his professional role.
Nationally and state certified, Bill specializes in helping individuals optimize their physical performance through personalized fitness instruction, ensuring that each person gets the most out of their body while minimizing the risk of injury. His background in athletic training allows him to design effective exercise programs that promote both recovery and strength.
Kaylee Woodford, NASM/AFAA
With a background in competitive rock climbing and a passion for functional strength, Kaylee brings a unique perspective to fitness training. Although new to group training professionally, she has spent years honing her physical and mental strength through climbing competitions and custom-tailored workouts. She now uses her experience to lead fun, challenging group workouts that focus on building functional strength and fostering a supportive community atmosphere. Whether you're aiming to improve your strength, endurance, or just want to enjoy a good workout with a group of like-minded individuals, she's here to help you reach your goals while having fun along the way!
Katherine Hoffman, CPT
As a single mom of two Katherine has been devoted to her health and wellbeing to show up as her best self throughout everyday life activities. She started her fitness journey upon experiencing postpartum depression. Realizing the effects exercising had on not only physical health, but also mental health, Katherine decided she wanted others to. experience the effects of exercising by becoming a personal trainer. Her approach is a slow gradual progression to establish good form and discovering workout routines that work for her clients while also being able to integrate workouts to accommodate her clients schedule whether inside the home or in the gym. Incorporating not only strength training but also focusing on cardiovascular health. Her movement patterns include modifications along with advancements. Katherine's goal for her clients are to be confident in their exercise patterns and routine in hopes to graduate and continue their fitness journey without the assistance of a personal trainer.
Cancellation Policy:
To avoid a $15 no-show fee, please cancel your class reservation at least 3 hours before the class start time.
For 6:15 AM classes, cancellations must be made by 9:00 PM the night before to avoid the no-show fee.
