Hybrid Power Method
Ready to level up your strength and body control? Hybrid Power Method is a dynamic, circuit-based training class designed to make you stronger, faster, and more capable—on and off the wall. Each session kicks off with a targeted warm-up to prime your muscles, joints, and mind for performance. Then, dive into an infinite loop of challenging stations that blend calisthenic bodyweight movements with barbell and free weight strength training. Expect to power through upper and lower body exercises that hit every major muscle group—no muscle left behind.

With a background in competitive rock climbing and a passion for functional strength, Kaylee brings a unique perspective to fitness training. Although new to group training professionally, she has spent years honing her physical and mental strength through climbing competitions and custom-tailored workouts. She now uses her experience to lead fun, challenging group workouts that focus on building functional strength and fostering a supportive community atmosphere. Whether you're aiming to improve your strength, endurance, or just want to enjoy a good workout with a group of like-minded individuals, she's here to help you reach your goals while having fun along the way!
Ethan Chamberlain - Personal Trainer
Ethan specializes in hybrid training—programs designed to build muscle, increase functional strength, and support an active lifestyle. Ethan works with clients of all ages and abilities on goals ranging from weight loss to weight gain, improved health, strength development, and long-term longevity. An active climber, snowboarder, and mountain biker, he brings real-world athletic experience and a motivating, energetic coaching style to every session. Ethan is a certified NASM Personal Trainer with specialized training in NASM Functional Anatomy, NASM TRX, NASM Blood Flow Restriction Training, NASM Creativity in Corrective Exercise, and the NASM Personal Trainer Compensation Plan. Cancellation Policy:
To avoid a $15 no-show fee, please cancel your class reservation at least 3 hours before the class start time.
For 6:15 AM classes, cancellations must be made by 9:00 PM the night before to avoid the no-show fee.
