This independent approach helps you stay accountable and motivated, with professional guidance along the way.

Pricing:

  • $179 for your first customized plan

  • $99 for recurring plans

  • $55 for 1 session / $212 for 4 sessions / $400 for 8 sessions

Katherine Hoffman - Certified Personal Trainer

As a single mom of two Katherine has been devoted to her health and wellbeing to show up as her best self throughout everyday life activities. She started her fitness journey upon experiencing postpartum depression. Realizing the effects exercising had on not only physical health, but also mental health, Katherine decided she wanted others to. experience the effects of exercising by becoming a personal trainer. Her approach is a slow gradual progression to establish good form and discovering workout routines that work for her clients while also being able to integrate workouts to accommodate her clients schedule whether inside the home or in the gym. Incorporating not only strength training but also focusing on cardiovascular health. Her movement patterns include modifications along with advancements. Katherine's goal for her clients are to be confident in their exercise patterns and routine in hopes to graduate and continue their fitness journey without the assistance of a personal trainer.
