  • Shri School of Yoga requires graduates to deeply understand how the body works on all levels. In this aspect of the training, you will learn about the various systems of the body and how they intersect with the energetic levels to create a holistic experience of wellness.

We encourage students to use this wisdom as a foundation to develop a teaching practice that is aligned with their own dharma or purpose.
