Yoga for Climbers w/Gina Matranga
This is not your typical yoga class. It is a practical toolkit designed specifically for climbers. Each session teaches warm-up sequences to prepare your body before you hit the wall, cool-down routines to support recovery after climbing, and targeted mobility exercises that improve flexibility and strength in the hips and shoulders, two of the areas climbers rely on most.
Whether you're new to climbing or looking to climb harder, these classes will help you move more efficiently, reduce your risk of injury, and feel stronger both on and off the wall.
The absolute joy in this photo captures Gina celebrating her first 5.12a redpoint ascent of Dope Shinto in Ten Sleep, Wyoming.

Rocket Yoga ABCs: Breaking Down the Building Blocks with Angela
Get ready to geek out on the mechanics behind some of Rocket's most iconic (and most requested) shapes. In this workshop, we'll break down the Jedi Salute β yes, using the force to levitate β along with the building blocks for Pincha Mayurasana (you'll be perfectly prepped for a Pincha Party), key arm balances common in the Rocket series, and a deeper exploration of backbends and twists. Expect hands-on cueing, drills, and plenty of time to play. Whether you're chasing your first lift-off or refining shapes you already have, you'll leave with concrete steps to build strength, mobility, and confidence in your practice.

Rocket Yoga
Rocket is a dynamic, progressive, Ashtanga-inspired style of yoga. While itβs rooted in the traditional Ashtanga system, it softens the rigid structure to invite more freedom, creativity, and play. With built-in modifications and an emphasis on exploration, the practice meets you where you are while encouraging growth. Itβs called βThe Rocketβ because itβs said to βget you there fasterββand βthereβ is yours to define. Through intelligent sequencing, the practice builds strength, mobility, and awareness, helping you move more confidently into deeper postures and explore your edge along the way.
Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00 pm with Angela

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that links movement with breath in a flowing sequence of poses. The word "vinyasa" means "to place in a special way," and in Vinyasa Yoga, it refers to the intentional movement from one posture to another, synchronized with the inhale and exhale.

Slow Flow and Restore
This hybrid class is suitable for everyBODY. Practice begins with gentle, slow-paced movements that provide space for tuning in to the body, and rounds out with restorative poses which allow the body and mind to release and fully rest. Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30 pm with Jonathan
Yin Yoga
Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga helps balance your very active Yang lifestyle. Yin is slower and less active; Yang (Vinyasa) is faster and more active. In this gentler class, Yin Yoga focuses on the deeper βyinβ tissues of your ligaments, joints, fascia, and even your bones. Poses are primarily done seated and held for longer to invoke greater control of the overactive mind and bring balance to your Yang lifestyle.
Tuesdays 7:30 - 8:30 pm with Frankie
Thursdays 7:30 - 8:30 with Amanda
