Breath & Balance: Yoga for Resilience
Saturday October 25th 8:00 AM - 9:15AM
Join us for a heartfelt 75-minute yoga practice supporting Be Healthy Get Active (B4BC), an organization dedicated to breast-cancer prevention, education, and survivorship.
Guided by Shauna Hylenski, Amanda Rabatin, and Angela Ferguson, this class will center on compassion for self and others, while honoring those whose lives have been touched by breast cancer. Together, we’ll create space for healing through:
Balance postures to ground and strengthen body and mind
Pranayama (breathwork) to cultivate calm, clarity, and resilience
Guided meditation and sound bath to nurture self-care and collective support
This donation-based class welcomes all levels and invites us to come together in community — moving, breathing, and reflecting in recognition of the strength, courage, and journeys of those affected by breast cancer.

Join us for a special Thanksgiving-themed yoga class designed to cultivate gratitude, mindfulness, and inner peace. This gentle yet invigorating flow will help you center yourself amidst the holiday hustle, reconnecting with your breath and a deep sense of appreciation for the blessings in your life.

Cancellation Policy:
To avoid a $15 no-show fee, please cancel your class reservation at least 3 hours before the class start time.
For 6:15 AM classes, cancellations must be made by 9:00 PM the night before to avoid the no-show fee.
If you encounter any exceptional circumstances that prevent you from attending, please inform us via email at lcc_fdm@climbingcollective.co.
