Climbing Collective is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team as a coach/instructor for our recreational youth programs. As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for children and youth during birthday parties, camps and afterschool clubs at our climbing facility.

1. Previous experience working with children or youth in a recreational or educational setting.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with participants, parents, and staff.

3. Proficiency in basic climbing techniques and safety practices, with the ability to teach and demonstrate skills to participants.

4. Ability to work flexible hours, including  evenings, weekends and holidays, based on event schedules.

5. Passion for climbing  with a commitment to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle among youth.
