I’m Shauna and I am originally from Rochester New York but have been calling Longmont my home since 1999. I first discovered yoga shortly after arriving in Colorado and began teaching in 2012. My journey has been one of continual discovery, finding countless ways to integrate the wisdom of yoga into my daily life. For me, time on the mat is more than just physical exercise; it is a preparation for embracing both the challenges and joys of life. From 2004 to 2015, I had the incredible opportunity to live as an expatriate in Japan and South Korea and to travel extensively through Thailand, India, and Laos. During these years, I was fortunate to share the beautiful practice of yoga in diverse and inspiring spaces around the world. I am one of the owners and the Director of Programs for the Climbing Collective. This community, which has flourished since its inception, is a source of great joy and pride for me. Additionally, I am one of three teachers at the Shri School of Yoga, the educational extension of Shri Yoga. Together, we conduct 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training programs regularly, fostering the next generation of yoga teachers and practitioners.

I'm Autumn and I'm originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota. I fell in love with Yoga in 2010 and it has been instrumental in my life ever since. Following the call, I earned my 200hr certification at Scottsdale Community College in 2022 and moved here to Longmont with my partner in 2023. My teaching style is influenced by Iyengar Yoga with a strong emphasis on foundational stability and alignment through the use of props, deliberate movements, slow flows, and intentional poses. The ultimate goal is to provide my students with tools they can use inside and outside of class no matter their age or physical abilities.

Hi! I’m Erin. I’m originally from Missouri, but moved to Colorado in 2007. While I was an athlete growing up and through college, it wasn’t until I found yoga that I learned to use breathing techniques to deepen the connection with my mind and body. I tried my first yoga class at a climbing gym in Golden, CO, and loved it! Since then, I have enjoyed applying what I continue to learn through yoga to other areas of my life. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2021, and strive to create a calm, inclusive, and nurturing space for students of all levels. I encourage variations of poses and different uses of props throughout every class, acknowledging and respecting that everyone is different; and advocating for each person to do what feels best for them in that moment. In my free time, you’ll find me traveling and/or playing outside- usually hiking, camping, snowboarding, or skiing!

Hello, my name is Jeremy and I received my yoga certification from Om Ananda in Ft. Collins in 2019. I’ve received meditation level I and level II training there as well. I’m a Colorado native who enjoys gardening, disc golf, and anything the mountains have to offer.
I like to keep my classes laid-back yet high energy, with as much playfulness as possible. My classes are rarely the same twice, and I love taking requests and catering to my clients. Can’t wait to see you on your mat!

Hi, I’m Nicole. I was born in Los Angeles but have since lived in two other states and four countries abroad. While I now call Colorado home, I still love to travel, experience different cultures and meet new people. I’m a lover of all things health and wellness and believe in finding forms of movement that feel good in your body. After practicing yoga for nearly a decade, I completed my 200 HR teacher training at Shri School of Yoga in 2024. My goal is to create a space where you can challenge yourself, embrace playfulness, and find mental clarity through movement. I hope to help you feel grounded and deeply connected to your body while building strength and mobility that support you beyond the mat.

Rosalie’s yoga journey began in 2012 through a 90’s asana DVD she found in a bookcase in her childhood home. Her practice started in the living room and over the years transitioned to taking classes at local studios and on campus at GCU while she was completing her BA. After college, yoga became a haven to heal, listen, and arrive in her own life again after all of the chaos and tribulation that her undergrad experience brought. In early 2022 she felt a push to deepen her practice, and she began her 200 Hour - Yoga Teacher Training at Om Ananda Yoga. Rosalie has a passion for fun and creative flow classes that offer a space for people of all journeys and abilities. She cultivates a space of inclusivity and openness so each yogi can explore their practice freely and authentically. When Rosalie is not practicing yoga, you can find her Bouldering at a climbing crag, reading at a coffee shop, or slack-lining in the park. At the core, Rosalie is a lover of people and cannot wait to see you in class.
